Eh, no! The Chianti must be at "temperatura ambiente" which means around 18°C... No chilling, please!
And, just incidentally, where are you? I'm waiting at the table and Pippina wouldn't serve any wine at all until you're here. We're all thirsty!
BTW, her restaurant is a couple of hundred meters from my home!

Well ! I will be near Siena in one week ! I plane to visit the city center one or two days with my little family. Of course we will have to lunch. Not necessary to invite us for free (we will be two + a baby !). How your restaurant is called ?
