In this moirning my colleague said she was upset about her new house which is under construction.
She says they(she and her husband) have no idea about what to do with bad appearance of the new house due to their buddget.
What do we do if we don't have enough money to make a stylish house we hope?
① WAITE UNTILL SAVING GLOWS UP MORE and REFORM IT.
② MAKE THE BIG WALL AROUND THE HOUSE so that OTHERS CAN NOT SEE FROM THE STREETS.
③ THINK about GARDENING.
I think no.3 is better than others.
So now I've checking the nice books about it and we (her and me) are going around some Interior design shops and search good examples ;)
BTW I checked the groups related with "GARDEN" or "GARDINING" on 3 SNS below.

They built a house they don't like ?
nottiestyle pro replies:
Personally I DON'T agee to build a new house in Japan because all kinds of tax rate is getting higher every year. The fixed property tax sometimes presses the next generation's lifestye.
I bet this couple must know about it but as same time they want thier own private space.
So that house is 50% satisfactory.
What do you do if you want something strongly but it is hard to get for you?
Give up ALL? Compromise up to 50%? Waite until 100% comes?
Bigoode [Frozen account] pro replies:
that's it ?
i would personnaly wait for at least 75 % !!
but i don't live in Japan so maybe it's different, and the second difference is
that's my job to sell houses.....
maybe i could help them with any advices
we must help some peoples here in my office when they're not really happy with their house
....

about price.. well... that's not so good, but
i really enjoy this way of life !
when it's old you destroy and built new
I'M JUST TALKING ABOUT LIVING !!! not peoples (...) or architect's work or sculpture or temple etc...
here in France well it's like everywhere in Europe
some take value some don't...
it depend of the "product"
loans can reach 30 years now in France
this is really new for us !
and i've hear about 35 years once !
i think the Japanese model is wrong in this sense, and bank are "playing" with the Asiatic mentality....
I mean young in Japan are very respectfull of old peoples
(i've hear it... far away... so take it for only what it is... not a japan society analisis)
and youngs find it's normal to help to pay for parent's loan ! because they were educated by them and it's normal to help to pay..
[and it's make people stay at same place and don't move in cities.. (this is more a question)]
in France things aren't like that
you buy house for you then for ""present"" for children
but i think things will change in next 5 years
cause it's so expensive and salaries aren't growing up so quickly
In my village (it's an exception) in last 8 years market rised approx about .... % you wouldn't trust me
yes
when you could bought 8 years ago a 3 bedroom 90 M² flats for 100 000 € now it cost you ...
well it's very rare
and i have one at 742 000 € to sell ! this one is a bit expensive..... but
it'll be sold a bit below....
i think it's a very good thing to destroy old house to build new !
it make city "live" !
and photos are here for nostalgie.... but progress and confort and legislation (pfff) and ecology first i guess...
Japan is far before us.....

The conditions which come for durability to purchase a house most previously.
Ah....to Have a own HOUSE is in still far away form us;-))

>Houses go down in value, never up. My house is 50 years old and is worth nothing.
But...the tax of land, local tax will go on and on as long as you keep it?
And the rate is getting higher ..Since 2007 the local tax becomes at least TWICE !!! for anybody.
Most of the cases Parents complete the house loan until retirement.
A 2 generation keep paying both property and inheritance TAXES,sometimes it includes city planning tax if the house is located in the city.
In terms of new house in Japan....the wall and floor are no good, I agree with you :-)
