That guy makes some really interesting stuff. I haven't made up my mind about whether I like his work from an aesthetical point of view, but this is definitely something else. He seems to make use of the digital technology in a far more sophisticated way then I've seen so far.
I have a feeling that this could be a hint at where to look for the way out of the cul-de-sac that the massive everywhere, everything and everybody of photography imposes on the relevance of images. Just think.. Entirely artificial images that depict "reality" in a much more realistic way than actual photos ever could. Snippets of impressions combined in a synthetic construction of reality. Much like our brain itself works. Isn't that just mindboggling?
Am I overrating this? I'm not sure, but check this out.
