Yesterday was the first day in quite a while that I was motivated enough to go and get some of the shots I wanted to since a while.

After that nice coffee morning, Jane dropped me off at the bank at Al Kout mall and I thought to myself "Heck, it's not THAT warm today (only around 46 Celsius...) and there's a blue sky. Let's do it" So I went around the mall, which at that time of the day (close to noon) is almost deserted.

And I got a few of them shots, I wanted

Now I know why you should NOT let me go to a mall .

There, at the airport (I went there to make a reservation for some people that do the Visa for me on Friday),
you know, they have those nice shops all over that place.

Well, I went for the books, but the English books sucked, so I bought a photo magazine (compares the Nikon D40x with the Canon 400d, looking forward to that).

Well, then I saw that big sales sign. Usually just fake anyway. But heck, I found me a nice sun hat, a scarf (yes, sometimes you need one here - damned ACs) and some earrings and a necklace.

Will show it off in Bahrain. Didn't spend too much money either, just as much as for the Taxi.....
