Is it developing problem or a film problem?

I send a color film to developing on a studio, but when I saw the results I found that it so ugly, the black is not good at all, and I had light distribution problem

see this example:

look at the black in this border

I used Leica M6 + Summicron 35mm + Kodak COLOR plus 200 ISO, I don't have any information about the developing

I am not expert at all in photography, so I really appreciate any help

TRAVEL TO QALQILIA / VIAGGIO A QALQILIA

================================================
QALQILIA
================================================
Until 1995, about 80% of the population of Qalqilia (Palestine) were working in the agriculture sector and for Israeli companies. Starting from 2005, the commercial activities went down, because of the construction of the very discussed WALL, which make the access to Qalqilia so difficult. The conditions to get in agriculture lands situated behind the wall became impossible for the peasants of the city. And nobody found work in Israel.
After the elections of January 2006, the European union blocked his financing for the Palestinians Authority because Hamas won. Lot of civil employees didn't and still don't get the salary.

Street photography, my little show

"Street photography is a type of documentary photography that usually features people in candid situations in public places such as streets, parks, beaches, malls, political conventions, and other settings." ...more

After one year of taking photos, I discovered what type photos I almost take, "STREET PHOTOGRAPHY", I just love to make unique shots, where the people are the main subject, sometimes with little irony.

Anyway I am not going to make it so long and I will show you some of my works and I hope that you will like it.

Please feel free to write your comments, suggestions or critiques, it's really important for me to know what the others say about my photos, because in general I am beginner on photography.

Most of my shots are taken with Leica M6 and Summicron M f:2 35mm, I love to use high speed films, like Ilford HP5+ and Kodak TRI-X 400. I use both colour and b&w films, but I prefer the black and white.

That all what I wanted to say. and how I leave you with the photos

URGENT PETITION to END THE HEALTH CRISIS IN GAZA

Since Israeli government declared Gaza as "hostile entity" on 19th
September 2007,Israel blocks delivery of essential medicines to Gaza
Strip and doesn't allow Palestinian patients to go outside of Gaza for
urgent treatment.

The United Nations, The World Health Organisation and Physicians for
Human Rights have condemned Israel for this situation, but Israeli
government is still continue to its policy and Palestinian patients
are slowly dying in front of the world.

All the victims of this humanitarian crisis are innocent civilians, and
many of them are children. For example in 14th November 2007, 6 months
old Palestinian baby Sina al-Hajj died because Israeli government
didn't allow her to cross Gaza border for geting treatment.
Palestinian MP Jamal Al Khudari said now there are more than a
thousand Palestinian patients in urgent need of treatment who are not
allowed to leave Gaza.

Please sign this petition to call the United Nations and the Israeli
government to allow the Palestinian patients having treatment outside
of Gaza: http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/save-gaza
