upgrade on pro-membership

yesterday i have upgraded my account to a pro-membership.

although i don't need the extended space (yet) or any other of the pro-membership advantages, i thought this to be a good idea to support the idea of ipernity. in my opinion the guys at ipernity are doing a very good job. they are constantly improving this platform and the options at ipernity are much better than the ones at flickr or comparable platforms.

so keep it up, guys!

it's (as always) subject to everyone's personal taste. but i thinks these guys here are permanently improving ipernity (it's still beta!) and are thankful for all suggestions on improvement.

my favourite advantages over flickr: no censorship (hey, we are living in the 21st century) and personal configuation of the homepage!

But you CAN get an email-notification when someone has commented on your pic. Ok, the replacement functionality is for pros only but in comparison there's no limit on the number of albums you can create nor on the total number of pictures you can upload. That I find far more userfriendly then at flickr! I find their work absolutely worth supporting and therefor paid for a pro account aswell.

I upgraded for the same reason; to support the people who are doing all the work. There are some features that are nice to have when you have Pro account, like being able to replace photos, but I think people should support the group that is maintaining and constantly trying to make this site more user friendly for all of us :) They are doing a great job so they need a tap on their back once in a while :)
