Rain and clouds I don't mind much - whenever there's time left I try to capture the enormous storm and rain clouds this "summer" has brought us. Amazing sunsets, crepuscular rays, thunderstorms, rain fronts. Bad enough for macro photography, which I've grown pretty fond of lately - I'ts sooo difficult to get plants and those little crawly things in focus - and when in focus, not moving and blurred. Back from the weekend

Coming back from the weekend, I found myself winner of the landscape contest with this picture. Sometimes one's just lucky to be at the right spot. And sometimes it pays to wait till sunsent, and to drive curvy mountain roads at night. Thanks for all votes! I worked the early shift on Friday, after work it was hot and humid, cumulus clouds building up for thunderstorms (which didn't become very strong). Well, let's see what could be added to make ipernity THE best (photo)-community: - Groups, of course. And it would also be great to have the possibility to add tags to a group. If I look for a place to put my macro shots to, I won't probably look for the group "It almost scratched my front lens" - but that would be a nice group name. This would also make ipernity more convenient for non-English, non-French speaking people. - Collections of sets - a great way to organize. - Explorin…

Crossroads, once again. Censr'ship really annoys me - I don't like to be treated as someone stupid. I won't probably leave flickr right now - lot's of friends over there, and they might change their policies - but ipernity could easily become a second picture-community for me. The blog section is really a good idea I will explore.
