Nein nein ich bin nicht tot oder sonstwas. Ganz im Gegenteil. Die Arbeit frisst gerade nur all meine Freizeit und deswegen kommt derzeit nichts neues ... Dabei würde ich die Knippse so gerne öfter mal in die Hand nehmen. Alleine schon wegen dem neuen Batteriegriff - liegt einfach geil in der Hand.

Also schreibt mich mal nicht ab. Bin bald wieder da mit neuem Foto-Material ;)

No no I'm not dead or something like that. It's just like ... work is eating up all my free-time and because of that, i got no time left for taking some new pictures which is a damn pity because i bought a new battery-grip for my cam and it's so very comfortable to handle now ^^

So please excuse and i'll be back with fresh pictures very soon ;)

Muss man ja alles mal ausprobieren

Nicht schlecht gestaunt habe ich über ein Buch, welches mir mein Vater vor kurzem zusteckte.

"PENTAX ... pentastisch" von Günter Spitzing aus dem Jahre 1976 oder 1977 (leider im Buch kein genauer Hinweis vorhanden und wiedersprüchliche Angaben in Google)

PENTAX - Pentastisch

Was ein herrlicher Schinken. Das Buch - vielmehr Günter Spitzing - geht explizit auf die PENTAX ME und die PENTAX MX (Baujahr ab 1976) ein, gibt jedoch auch zusätzliche Einblicke in die Spiegelreflexfotografie im Allgemeinen. Man kann also tatsächlich auch nach über 30 Jahren in der Gegenwart aus diesem wundervollen kleinen Büchlein zehren :)

"Die PENTAX Mini Electronic mißt - selbstverständlich - die Belichtung durchs Objektiv und steuert vollautomatisch für jede am Objektiv eingestellte Blende die richtige Belichtungszeit zwischen 1/1000 und 8 s ein. Rote Leuchtsignale links im Sucher informieren den Fotografierenden über die von der Camera selbsttätig gewählte Belichtungszeit."

"Die ME ist wie auch die MX ein Eckpfeiler des reichhaltigen PENTAX Systems. Dazu gehört als besonder interessantes Zubehör auch der leichtgewichtige Winder (Film-Transport-Motor)"

Eines meiner persönlichen Highlights in diesem Buch ist jedoch der folgende Satz:

"Die Cameras können beide auch dann benutzt werden, wenn die Batterie leer ist."

... was man sich ja als DSLR "Fotografierender" so gar nicht mehr vorstellen kann hehehe.

Wie dem auch sei ... das kleine Buch ist klasse. Man findet, wie gesagt, nicht nur explizites über ME und MX sondern auch generelle Hinweise zur Spiegelreflex-Fotografie die auch heute noch, wie vor 30 Jahren, gelten (Bsp. Belichtung, Empfindlichkeit, Schärfentiefe, viele nützliche Tipps und Tricks).

Alles in allem ein echt geiler Retro-Trip in die 70er :)

Did i mentioned allready? I'm very new to the DSLR in general ;)

I'm a n00b and i'm feelin so n00b-ish ... so i took my cam yesterday and went to that nice and green valley i saw the other day. The result wasn't as good as i expected ... though it looks nice but i expected something more .... iono ... something better hehe. I was playing around with the aperture and took nearly 20 single shots of that valley but it still not turned out like i want it to be. Imho it is a bit blurry in all stages ... foreground ... middle and background.

So i went out again today with the tripod ... same location ... nice lil green valley .... light was great. I took another 20 shots of the valley on different apertures just to check if there'll be a difference .... got it on f/8.0 .... f/27 .... no difference. It still looks kinda blurry in the foreground, in the middle and in the background as well. Thats why i didn't load those pictures up to ipernity ... they look the same than the one from yesterday.

I'm not quite sure .. i guess i'm doing something wrong. Ok, i had a SMC DA 18-55 for that picture and that maybe is the reason. Iono ^^

Hey ... if you're reading my blog, maybe you got a hint for me ;) I would be very happy to get some tricks from a pro.
