La pornografía puede ser gráfica o escrita sus defensiones son muy amplias y ellas varían según las costumbres de distintos pueblos o razas como así también las leyes o reglamentos impuestos por los gobiernos y las religiones, los credos filosóficos y demás.
Un desnudo puede ser porno en la vía publica, pero no lo es en un campo o playa nudista.
No todo es pornografía lo malo es que existan personas mayores sin buen conocimiento sobre el tema del desnudo considerando a casi todo desnudo de ser porno. No existe la libertad cuando personas que son mayores le marquen el camino a otros mayores de lo que pueden ver o no ver, lo que pueden publicar o no publicar.
Otro error fatal es subir fotos las cuales solo pueden ser miradas pero no copiadas manteniendo el nombre del autor original de la obra.
Por falta de conocimientos en computación muchos cometemos algún error Ipernity en esos casos no nos ayuda para salir del problema sino que nos acusa de ladrones a todos por igual(me refiero a los que somos Free y no PRO) y las sanciones recaen mayormente sobre imagenes de desnudos que no son porno pero para justificar en algo su equivocado control se tilda de porno a lo que no es.

Una madre amamantando a su hijo, a nadie se le puede ocurrir que sea porno, pero si es en lugares público la situación cambia. Por ejemplo en los EE.UU a mas de una madre llevaron presa por atentado a pudor porque le daba el pecho (amamantaba)a su bebé en lugares público como el Metro, pero ello sucedía generalmente con las latinas.
