Normally I steer clear from discussing politics. The prompt: What do the examples of weapons, tobacco and illicit drugs say about global collaboration in solving international problems? brought this episode of 60 minutes I'd seen recently, to mind. Seems to me there isn't a whole lot of global collaboration for the good. Which this segment points up precisely.

I'm trying to stimulate the thought process for the person who's responding to that prompt. I'd be awfully discouraged trying to answer that question too.
