i've contacted a long list of old friends from flickr over here - nice to see you in this surrounding
it's all so new here, lots of things have to develop, but some functions - like this blog, like the chat feature, like the potential usage of other media - are very good
i can't greet you all individually - so i will do this with this blog entry
i'm here for a test - test ipernity as a potential alternative for flickr
i still hope, this will be a nice add-on t flickr - i still hope, that flickr (or better yahoo) management will draw back that censorship issue - i still hope, that flickr remains a good platform for me
but that is up to flickr
i will post most of my new stuff here until it's becoming clear what flickr will do
and i hope, that i will get back to photography again
the last couple of weeks i almost shot no photos
and that happened many years ago for the last time

Missing the groups too, but it seems that we may focus more on photography without needing to play for Explore... that may be quite relaxing ;-)

I find this site incredibly difficult to use.
The blog is however a nice addition that we didn't have on flickr; now I just have to come up with something to say - I think that my pictures probably speak louder than words though. (Maybe I'm wrong.)
However, for now if feels as if everyone is just sitting quietly, but if someone could tell me the use of beeing able to see who has just had a look at your photos, then that would be interesting. That seems very control freakish to me - just what i thought we wanted to avoid on flickr.
