The spring weather has decided to take a break and at the moment we have clouds and rain but never mind........ it has helped the lovely blossoms and flowers to grow. Well apart from the white lilac which does look a tad droopy............. LOL

This is the view from the bathroom window now - the dark lilac has come out as well as the white........

The view over the front lawn from the spare bedroom window looks lovely now........

You can see the laburnham is really looking great, the cherry blossom next to it has gone now, it was like confetti central last week with the wind. You can just make out the pale lilac to the right....

This is another view from the window............

The apple blossom intermingles with the white lilac and the smell is divine......

There are still some bluebells gracing my driveway - although their colour has sort of paled now.........

The apple blossom is so lovely although it doesn't like all this rain........

The laburnham is so delicate when you look closely at it - I think of it as my ''yellow rain'' tree........

The white lilac is so strongly scented and I've cut some and put them in a vase in my kitchen and it's gorgeous going into that room..........

The dark purple lilac is just gorgeous too, but it doesn't have a very strong scent.......

Meanwhile loads of these Aqualegia flowers are popping up all over the place. It self-seeds so I have no idea where they are going to grow and it's lovely seeing them. They come in dark purple, pale purple, pink and white..............

I still have some tulips out and these beautiful pale pink ones are some of the last ones to be still flowering .........

That's about all the flowers at the moment gracing my garden, but the seeds I sowed a couple of weeks ago - or should I say Fred the Shed sowed for me, are coming up wildly, and it's going to be a case of watch this space.....
