A lovely sunny day here today and so armed with my camera I ventured forth to see what was around............

Not a lot I'm afraid, although the pots are still full of plants etc, some of the flowers are on their last legs, so no point in taking photos of them. So I hobbled around the rest of the garden, and found some Japanese anemones which were dotting around the place.

See I do have some lovely flowers in the garden, although they are growing in most places they can. It's just a shame they don't have any scent.........

The nasturtiums are still blooming and cast a lovely splash of colour..........

The new pink lily is gorgeous and it does have a lovely scent, not as strong as the white one, but it is still nice just the same. I love the thickness of the petals...........

Finally the mombretia also give a lovely colour contrast in the garden amongst the green foliage. It does help if the sun is shining too..........

Trouble is when Fred the Shed (Hedge) came with his grandson, they chopped back a lot of my mombretia so there's not as great a show as there was last year. Never mind eh?
