Did you follow the tweets about #iranelection , #iran09 or #tehran today. According to the news the US state departement helped for keeping Twitter available to Iranians.

There's a lot of spam and noice but also links to some ressources which seem to be authentic like these

On CNN there is some information as well as on the Huffington Post . In case you get absorbed in all the iranian twittering, this blogpost may help you.

I did not follow the tweets on Twitter but I did hear on the US television news last night that Twitter did indeed postpone scheduled downtime for maintenance so the debate could continue.
