On Saturday evening, we will be performing at the annual St. Andrews Society Diner, held the the Crystal Ballroom, Ramada Plaza Suites in Fargo.

The Dinner celebrates Scottish heritage through dance, song and craft. We are privaleged to be a part of such a wonderful event. For more details on the event and information on joining the St. Andrews Society, visit their web site at http://st-andrews-society.tripod.com/index.html.

Telling jokes

Next Sunday, November 2nd, is Kirkin O’ the Tartans Worship . This celebration of our Scottish heritage as Presbyterians involves bagpipes, a band, Scottish dancers, and orchestra and wonderful music. The liturgy involves a remembrance of those members of First Presbyterian Church who have died in the previous year and a blessing of all the tartans of the Scottish clans.

Both services of worship will be in the Sanctuary at 9:00am and 11:00am. Parking will be at a premium. You may park in the lots to the East (except for the spots reserved for the Graver Hotel) and West of the church, along 2nd Avenue, and 6th and 7th Streets or in the Dawson Insurance lot.
