I'm not used to make tutorial..('cause my work is abit anarchic!).And i was wondering wich contribution i can give to bjd sewing community on the net....I'm very good to find stuff useful on the net..!so I'm gonna use this journal also for share reasources and beautiful places found on the net where you can find something useful and interesting for sewing!
so whe you'll see an article titled tecnique treasure hunting will be sopmething that i discovered and decide to share!!
...so here's the first one:
www.antiquepatternlibrary.org/html/warm/catalog.htm

many many epoque books and catalogs concerning tattering, crochet, sewing and embroydery avaliable for free in pdf... they bring us in a black and white atmosfere full of delicate and beautiful lace work.
many of them are not useful for beginners...'cause of lacking of diagrams...so the content is not easy to follow....but believe me they're a good source of inspiration especially for those who love vintage. I've downoloaded many of them...'cause I like to study a lot.
One of my favurite is
Dvorak13ArtCrochet...many beautiful ideas for a vintage style outfit I have in mind.
i especially love to work at crochet.. i've started when i was a child and my mother teached me...and after that I've forgotten to be able for ages....and i'm tryin' to use it more for decorating my doll outfits...with the final goal to be able to do my own lace motifs...and make my stuff more personal.....and passion is growing in me.
Hope some of you will find useful my first tecnique treasure hunting!!
