"I enjoy seeing artistic nudes from different artists and professional photographers," said one user, who asked not to be identified, "but I constantly ran into people's streams that have their wife's bum and breasts and other parts exposed in a tasteless way."
but has this been solved by the new system? As far as I know both tasteful and tasteless nude are in the same restricted category ... If they had made two different freely to choose categories, they had done a great job.

About filters: Yes, I think filters are in principle a good idea. But a filter system with only three categories in a worldwide community couldn't work. The actual system is almost only able to enforce a restriction along American views about what is appropriate and what not. For large parts of Europe they are to restrictive for other parts of the world they are to weak.
In principle one would need lots of more filter categories to fine tune the restrictions, but that would be to complex for the users and therefore impossible. To enforce filters by staff, the number of pictures to check is much to high. There is no working solution that could satisfy everyone, which I could imagine.
