I was doing a bit of maintenance on my photoblog www.frasersfotos.com and noticed that there was a strange url referring to an image. I followed it to find another blog displaying one of my photographs. Underneath the photograph was in very small hardly readable writing a link to the image on my photoblog but this was the only referenceto the original source of the work. I left a comment asking the author to remove my picture which I believe he had stolen. He believes that he had every right to post it as long as there was a link back to my original. The author has now removed my photograph, but I am left wondering who is right in this instance? Can anyone help?
