It was the Summer of 62' just out of school for the summer arriving at Camp for some R&R, 4hr trip from home needing a little nap grabbing a bed laying down to rest before dinner, slumbering half asleep half awake I kept hearing music playing over and over pretty woman pretty woman pretty woman, opening my eyes still half asleep focusing my eyes to my surprise was the most Beautiful Girl I'd ever seen looking and speaking to me asking me questions like whats your name, where are you from , slowly getting up I spoke to her answering all her questions, Taking her by the hand walking down by the shore of this Beautiful blue lake asking her if she would be with me tonight holding my breath for a long time it seemed, yes was her answer walking and talking along the lakes shore stopping every now and then to skip rocks in the water looking into her eyes wondering why me what did she see in me, smiling all along the way having a wonderful time... That night by the flickering fire light next to the now dark but still beautiful lake we Kissed falling in Love, We kissed and kissed all week long saying I love you playing in the moon light all the while knowing summer love was coming to an end, then it was time, time to say goodbye vacation was over it was tears for both as we headed for home in far away cities, promising we would keep in touch and we would see each other again at the very least next summer but after a few letters never heard from her again, I think of her often!! That was the 1st time I heard Pretty Woman every time I hear this song I think of that summer and the fun we had 46 years ago, Truly She Was A Very Beautiful Young Woman and the Love we shared was real, Young Love...!!! I will never forget_What a Summer it was!!!*** Do you remember that first kiss that first Love pretty special Yes, all my Loves were Special but she was Extra Special **True Story, Faubion!

The year was 1979, my story begins as I was finishing some business with a customer handing him the keys to his black Porsche 924 we just tuned-up when a fine looking young lady about the age of 24, more like a beauty queen from a movie scene stepping into my office asking to see Faubion I said I am the one she said yes you are, as we looked each other over she said my daddy just bought me this old Jag, I just don't know but would you look it over smiling at me saying make any adjustments needed, ANSWERING Her I SAID YES I WILL looking out the window to my surprise was the most beautiful Jag XKE Red 1969 CLASSIC Convertible looked like it just came off the show room floor, walking out together to get a closer look writing out the work order she told me her name was Suzie Kean and she lived in Auburn, owned her home and worked at my Bank as Exc. loan officer 4 years now, after getting all

her information I needed, thanking her she turn to leave, Watching her walk away looking around I could see Suzie had no ride, thinking to myself I could give her a ride home or back to the Bank it was 12pm noon on a Friday so I called her name Suzie I can give you a lift if you need, turning now facing me I thought I heard her say I bet you can, walking up to her I said I can give you a ride if you don't mind riding on my iron horse (my new Harley) half expecting her to say no I'll just walk but instead she says I'ld Love to, so after getting our leather head gear on she whispered in my ear I can take the day off, take me to Seattle along the sea shore the day is so nice (78) degrees blue skies, sunshine and a few clouds floating by on a Friday the month of May, thinking to myself this could be Fun, Ok I said, lets go I need some time off, Rapping herself around me until we were one, taking all the back country roads to Seattle's shore line stopping at parks for rest and lunch talk we laughed the afternoon away until evening around 8 o'clock... We stop to watch the sun go down holding hands with a kiss or two, thinking to myself she looked more like a beauty queen from a movie scene, looking at me She said I am the one dreamed of as we danced on the floor rolling around and around till the break of dawn saying to me I am the one, smelling her sweet perfume slipping out of her Shoes making herself more comfortable... It was 40 hours and 40 minutes as we danced on the floor, we all dreamed we would be the one rolling round and around as she said your the one... I thought it was to soon pulling me In between her soft tanning arms saying you are the one as we danced on the floor till a quarter to 4... I was on her side, who could stand when she's in demand smelling her perfume as we danced on the floor pulling her body close to mine as we danced round and round till a quarter to 4, falling out together slumbering to the early morning hours, dreaming as time passed I am the one and she's so smooth more like a beauty queen from a movie scene, thinking I'm in love...
The next day we lived the day the same and danced round&round on the floor till a quarter to four, all summer long... A gorgeous young woman 5'6" 134LBs Long Black Hair, Eyes, Full Lips, High Cheeks, Dark&Tan,French/Italian... Oh' what a summer it was...True Love Story, Faubion!

One day a woman's husband died and on that clear cold winters morning in the warmth of their bedroom,
the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't 'anymore'...
No more hugs, no more phone calls just to say hello and chat, no more ' just a minute '...
Sometimes what we care about the most gets all used up and is gone away, never to return, before we can
say goodbye, say I Love You...
So while we have them its best to Love them, care for them, fix them when things get broken, and heal them
when they get sick...
This is true for marriages with bad feelings and children with bad report cards. our pets we love with broken legs,
our families and aging grandparents...
We keep them because we love them, they are worth our all...
Somethings we just keep them near to our heart, like a best friend who moved away or a sister or brother in-law after a divorce...
There are just some things that make us happy no matter what...
We only have one mother, one father, one special brother, sister, or friend... We are all keepers, worth all our love...
Suppose one morning you never wake up, does your family and friends know you love them.??? Maybe we should tell them.
I was thinking, I could die today, tomorrow or next week, and I wondered if I had any wounds needing to be healed,
friendships that need rekindling or three words needing to be said, 'I Love You' dear friend...
Let every one of your family and friends know how you feel, tell them you care, you love them, even if you think maybe they don't
love you back, you would be amazed what those three little words and a smile can do....
And just in case God calls me home sometime soon...
