When I went grocery shopping last Thursday I bought the ingrediance to make home made Veggie/chicken noodle soup.
It turned out very tasty but not like how you all would have made it. But ok for my first try!
Chicken broth
chicken breasts
celery
onion
2 bags of mixed veggies
salt & pepper
garlic salt
water
and egg noodles in last
I kept tasting it all through the process & kept adding salt & pepper. Once it had cooked long enough, the flavors of the other stuff started coming out & thankfully calmed down most of the salt & pepper.
My question is now how do I make the broth a bit thicker? It's really watery.
