It's been a difficult year. I'm still in the relapse that started in autumn '06. Two years next month. Had a bad fall about three months ago and injured myself in several places. Still hurts, but it's all getting better slowly - apart from the bruised tailbone.
Last October my hands and arms stopped working as typing tools, so I had to buy and train voice recognition software. I got that working okay in May this year and started first-drafting the novel I had in my head all through the precious winter. That's done now, and I'm taking a month off before starting the second draft.
Meanwhile, I've been unable to use my camera. Simply couldn't hold the thing. I managed to use it this week for the first time in I don't know how long, but only for five minutes before it got shaky and dangerous. Don't want to drop my precious baby.
How are you all. I've missed you.

Miss hearing from you, seeing your photos, reading your wonderful writing... I wish you were getting better.
Gonna buy you one of those Star Wars Stormtrooper armored suits and outfit it with servo motors and a built in camera. You could be Robo-David!
Big love,
J
David Bridger replies:
We are who we are. And I still think of you a lot.
Big love backatcha!

A camera, as wonderful as it may be, is just one way of recording a scene. If you narrate the scenes you see with that voice recognition software of yours and upload the results, I bet we would be richer for seeing your photos.
Sending you good energy.

Sorry to hear of your troubles David, but you are a wonderful perseverer! A novel? How exciting!! I would be honoured to be able to read it when ever it is ready!
I just wanted to stop by, sing a song and share some sunshine.
Cheers!
