After having succeeded with a Caffenol using Sodium Hydroxide as alkali, the Caffenol C+, see article about it, I started a series of experiments to see the limits of how few I must use to develop. From many developers with some logic I experimented, only perhaps the Caffenol 3335 is worth a try. But maybe you should raise the potassium bromide to 10g/l.

But the new project I have is to find a based on coffee and vit. C developer that works similar to Parodinal. Because of this I am calling it Caffedinal. I am still experimenting but I can already say it will be a reality. The photos below were made using a 1:25 solution and 20 minutes at 27ºC and I think it will work at 1:50 solution too, already tried but the duration was short (45 minutes), images too weak.

The final recipe is still not fixed, but seems that common salt will be included. The rest is, obvious, coffee, vit. C, Sodium Hydroxide and also Potassium Metabisulfite.
