I'm most certainly leaving flickr. Ipernity is one of my favourites. Let's see how it develops.
Most certainly I'll not move all my pictures. Maybe the best ones. Meanwhile you can have a look at them "there": http://flickr.com/photos/carstenschurig/

von den ipernity TOS
3.4 You agree to NOT use the Service to:
* a) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, pornographic, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
* b) harm minors in any way;

I totally agree with you, carsten. I don't like that communication at all in the flickr-community. Maybe that's a problem with the huge internet giants. anyway, I'm really looking forward to settle down here.

So what did we discuss about? Well we're thinking if we can be sure that we're "safe" here. IMO we cannot be sure of that anywhere, but the TOS seem sensible to me. And bluntly the filtr problem is just one symptom of the change in the flickr community lately...
I think more rather in a separate post. ;)
