4th chakra pseudo-group

Saturday September 1st, 2007 at 08:11AM
Caroline Myss (www.myss.com/states in her book called 'Anatomy of the Spirit', [Harmony Books, 1996] referring the seven chakras that the harmony and balance in this points are utterly important to our health. Every philosophy no matter what religion sustain have a common approach to these fundamental points in our body and surly this subject overcomes every physic boundaries. Every culture has understood the elementary significance of our equilibrium as a whole and body reacts when our spirit is troubled.

The 4th chakra, which is mainly related with the heart and the diaphragm, is responsible for the feelings as love, hate, resentment, bitterness, disappointment, anger, egocentrism, loneliness, commitment, forgiveness, compassion, hope and trust.

To reach the sense of balance between all those feelings we have to listening every signs and most illness come from disturb and exhausted minds and spirits...

So in this pseudo-group I propose that we share our photos giving the most of us to picture the feelings of 4th chakra... as searching for harmony between heart and body.

Lets get our pictures and make a chain of what we feel everyday [4th chakra].

If it is possible add a short text, a feeling, a though, a poem, a quote.

Thank you.

"Love is not written on paper, for paper can be erased.
Nor is it etched on stone, for stone can be broken.
But it is inscribed on a heart and there it shall remain forever.”

" Love walked alone.
The rocks cut her tender feet,
And the brambles tore her fair limbs.
There came a companion to her,
But, alas, he was no help,
For his name was heart's pain. "

Yon fluttering little spirit that has been fixed into thy heart, from it the jealousy do I remove, as air from a water-skin.
