Happiness is always there, underneath the anger and despair.
How is it some people seem to do everything they do with such ease...
and for others the smallest action is a supreme effort?
In order to understand happiness it seems we must first understand ourselves,
for that is where true happiness originates and yet we don't seem to understand ourselves at all.
Yesterday there was grief and today there is hope,tomorrow anything is possible.
Happiness does not depend upon getting other people's approval ...
it depends upon getting your own.
Free up your energy to create a peaceful, happy life.

since I was last on?
It's been a tough month ... I nearly lost a sister who went into respiratory failure dew to a lung disease she has long suffered with.
She still has 3-4 weeks in hosipal and will need a lot of care when she comes out but we are are so relieved she is still with us.
Wow, I have so much catching up to do ... I'm looking forward seeing what you all have been up to over the past month ;-)

My sister has fallen seriously ill and I am leaving town for a few days.

I only dicoverd this site yesterday, so just getting the hang of how it all works but feels and looks great. 
I've already meet some nice people in the comunity and I'm looking forward to making many new friends.
