I didn´t paint anything yesterday so i think i will do roof today and if i have the power lay a basic layer of paint. I think it will take som time to paint the walls since its much to take care of. I woke up with blood in my mouth seems i must take care of me a little bit better. I will try do some relaxation today and have some quality time and rest only. Awake late last night with a terrible headache...

I am better now but the headache yesterday night was keeping me awake. I had to take some pill to sleep. I will try to work some on the ceiling in the hallway today i think. I will not train today because i felt so bad yesterday. Yesterdays running and walking have kept my awake hope i will get a better sleep today.

Near our daycare i watched some Giant Hogweed

I just bumped into some Giant Hogweed and i dont think they should spread anymore. It is near centrum and our daycare so they should do something about them the stems are highly toxic and you get some burnmarks if you are in touch of them. I think they should remove the colony. I hope my children don´t encounter them. I think someone should take care of them before anyone get hurt.

Home after a visit to my brother eating cake..

My brothers son is having birthday today and we did some visit and ate some cake. I have also had the threadless router up and running so that we can both surf at the same time. I also figured it out so i can surf on my Wii with Internet channel. http://my.opera.com/community/wii/features The browser is from Opera and you can use it like checking news, weather, facebook and other simple stuff. I think its alright since you don´t have to have the computer running. Old photo

I am hopeing for some more hope nextweek.I jave two meetings that may end up in a job. I hope the problem with being unemployed will be solved. Alone at last...a resting and training day...

Home alone again afterwards some sickness. The silence is foreboding and i do some training. I weigh myself and figured out i am not having so far for reaching ideal weight. My wii tell me i have to go down to 78 kg but i figured 85 kilos will do. That will make me fit and will i will have some weight to put into my strikes. We have had sickness at visit again. I think i am more a guardian of sick people more than i am unemployed. I am still on sickleave and have started up a photo club. It is not natural to put earth to the ground, but we will have som nice flowers in spring and hopefully som butterflies. So i can drink my coffee in harmony. I am up pretty early because i went to bed pretty early. I got a new sickleave and a promise of a threepart talk with FK,AF and doctor. I will go the doctor today again and get some closery or something today. Living in the unknown for so long. It is scaring that violence is the only thing that is triggering people. Early and its freezing cold on my birtthday. I am more and more thinking that violence solve things and standing quite in a que will just signify your place. The swedish is a much too calm people. I have kicked some and smashed a door so the police arrived. After I talked to a doctor who couldn´t do nothing. I started the morning with some classical music. I am afraid i will get thrown out the sickleave system. Still having some problems with my stroke and other stress sickness. I still don´t have anything to go back to. This is my choices: Being a beggar on the street living as a poor fellow. Going to china living as a beggar monk. Being criminal until the cops get me. Being a teacher until i drop dead of stress. Even so things start moving i am feeling i am getting lost in the sickleave system…
