There is a reason i don´t write so much in english anymore and that i have newly become a politician who want that we start to take a different point of view in life. We should not take so much weight in consuming than the empathy part of life. It is more rewarding to give than to receive. Life is much too complex and we need to understand that there is no way we can eat money. Om träning och skrivandes om Stroke.

Jag har funderat kring skrivandet och börja att skriva om min träning. Det kommer att ge mig möjlighet att konternuerligt skriva om det och f en mer regelbundenhet i mitt skrivande. Idag har jag cycklat och handlat på systemet för midsommar inte så mycket till mig själv som för resten av deltagarna under midsommarfirandet. Det är bra att ha kännedom om att alkohol försämrar ditt tillstånd och gör strokare sämre. Det gäller givetvis också andra människor men vi på verkas i större grad. Senare…
Handling i dag

Cyklade idag snapptuna runt på 10-15 min. Jag hade en klar eftersvettning men inget kändes i hjärtat. Det känns dock som om jag måste öka min träningsdos försiktigt så att jag inte råkar ut för hjärtflimmer igen Jag kollar via google och ser att träning,uppvilning efter fysisk och psykisk stress och fet fisk kan hjälpa mot hjärtflimmer. Min son gick i simskola i dag. Vi var på K-rauta och handlade litet jord idag. Jag har grävt inför kommande gjutning av grunden. Vi var ute och försökte lära sonen cykling. Det är bra träning för mig att springa bakom och hålla i,

Jag har startat upp en sida om Miljöpartiet. Jag har gått med och är numer en aktiv politiker. Det roliga är att jag träffar nya människor under helt ny premisser. Försöker skaffa arbetsträning men det är inte så lätt. De flesta svarar att de inte har tid och de andra svarar att de inte har tillräckligt att göra...skratt. Det trista är att man varken på Reumaförbundet eller Strokeförbundet verkar ha några arbetsträningsplatser. Det känns ganska motigt när de som skulle ha koll på svårigheter…
Går över till svenska och en mindre användar grupp

Det känns naturligt att gå över till en svensk blogg då den engelska vägen inte var rätt heller. Jag trodde man kunde finna en större användarbas där. Men jag tror att de som får det gratis vill ha det gratis. Så varför bry sig om de. Mitt behov av skriva igen blir större. Jag har dock involverat mig politiskt och gått med det parti som jag tycker är mest framåt. Vi får se vad det bär med sig.
Comng home after quick visit at hospital...

This time it was not me who went there by ambulance. My daughter did fell badly and hit her beuatiful head. It is alright but we was visiting the hospital and the doctors had a look on her. Hopefully it went well and today everything is as normal. My brother was so kind and fetched Samuel from daycare. Me and my wife was so worried about our daughters health. I have awoke with splitting headache and i am suspecting sleep disorder to be the source of my problems. The bloodpressure was heighten when i woke up this morning and i had headache. I will talk to my doctor about the problem and i think i will have a betablocker at the end of the day. I am working when i get a chance cause my daughter have been home with earinfection. Getting nada from social service

I have gotten nada from the social service but instead i volontare for ENO . I gladly help Mika and i have before. I will be photo expertice and i also know about free editing. I am home with sick daughter and getting sick myself. My wife planned a date with some scrapbooking frinds, but she will come home instead. Today i have nothing to do...i fell kind of low since the holiday is over and i have started awful. I have to tell them at the meeting that this is sick. It is actually better being criminal than unemployed. The government are not seeing this or they simply ignore it because the economy will be good for a short while,,, I don´t know what to do. I will start a new and lay down my online paper since it won´t get any respons anywhere. Seems my effort goes by untold moneywise. I earn no money and won´t find any work there if its free and if it is not free people go elsewhere. I will put my energy elsewhere trying to find a different work. I feel that there is light in the dark tunnel. Lets hope its just another train. The kids is much closer at daycare which they like. I and my wife feels much better about this arrangement than before. It will take less energy from me. Lets hope my medical condition is much better. My brother lives nearby and have been stopped from building because of vikingfindings. I am split in the question but still we need to build things when we are still preserving for the after livings.
