That's what I get for breakfast this morning. I LOVE that. This new eating plan, SHRED, is really quite good. I feel like I have lost a couple of lbs. in the first 3 days.

I spent $200 on the weekend on the food, tons of fruit for smoothies and protein shakes and snacks, and some nuts and seeds for snacks, bread and turkey and fruit juices, etc. most should last a couple of weeks at least, the turkey and bread need to be replenished sooner. I've discovered golden delicious apples, I like a crisp apple, the store's red delicious apples weren't so great looking and the goldens were. You can eat candy and other crap for 100 & 150 calories snacks but I am eating their healthier suggestions. I ended up with more head pain yesterday, but it didn't start until around 9pm, I went to bed when it intensified around 10:30. I wake up without it thank goodness.

The letter went out to the realtors last night with a typo on the Subject line... DOH How embarrassing! I copied the line from my Word document but decided to add 'YOUR' next to 'clients' and spelled it 'YOUE'. I wonder how many people will let me know. I hope I get one or two clients out of those 60+ realtors.

Michele has decided to postpone the Mindfulness meetup until September/October. That's fine with me. They gotta get more people coming. The ad didn't run in the local rag and James and Jeanie forgot to put up the flyers. Things are dead here in summer time anyway.

I've ordered one of these http://www.nutribullet.com/ My powerful Ninja can't even cut up a piece of banana, well it could if it was in the direct path of the blades, I watched a piece go round 'n round at the bottom of the container and I HATE when you pour out the smoothie the damn blade falls out and in to your cup! AND you leave behind so much of the smoothie on the sides of the container. This mixes the stuff in the cup you are going to drink from and it swirls the fruit and vegies up and around so nothing gets missed. You don't have to peel/de-seed stuff either, it pulverizes the skins and seeds. It is $20 more than buying it at Walmart but it is delivered free and has an extra recipe book and I can pay it in instalments, 6 x $19.99. Once I am done losing weight I shall try some of their 'super' drinks.

Got some errands to run today, so I shall get up and about around noon. I was thinking of going to the movies to see Fill the Void: The enthralling romantic drama Fill the Void tells the story of an Orthodox Hasidic family from Tel Aviv. Eighteen-year-old Shira (Hadas Yaron) is the youngest daughter of the family, about to be married off to a promising young man of the same age and background. It’s a dream come true, and Shira feels prepared and excited. But on Purim, her 28-year-old sister, Esther (Renana Raz), dies while giving birth to her first child, and the pain and grief that overwhelm the family postpone Shira's promised match. When an offer is proposed to match the late Esther's husband, Yochay (Yiftach Klein) to a widow from Belgium, Yochay feels it's too early, although he realizes that sooner or later he must seriously consider getting married again. When the girls' mother finds out that Yochay may leave the country with her only grandchild, she proposes a match between Shira and the widower, and Shira will have to choose between her heart's wish and her family duty. Written and directed by Rama Burshtein (her feature film debut), Fill the Void was Israel's official 2012 Oscar submission for Best Foreign Language Film. (Dir. by Rama Burshtein, 2012, Israel, in Hebrew with subtitles, 90 mins., Rated PG, Sony Pictures Classics) Digital

But it is at an awkward time and ends today, I shall add it to my Netflix queue instead. I already miss going to lunch at a different restaurant every month, was supposed to go with Shelley yesterday. So I have asked Jeanie from the Mindfulness meetup if she wants to go. She is fine with driving anywhere is Tucson. I also asked if she'd like to go to movies at The Loft. She is a caregiver and has a job on Mondays and Fridays only at the moment. I hope she can!

Have a fun day if you are not already!
