If you are a Peanut Butter lover but want a much lower calorie alternative do a search on these two products. Kathy gave me some info on Mason Jar oatmeal. It uses old fashioned oats, greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds (look them up too, have some great health benefits) and whatever fruit, nuts you want to add. Just let it all set over night, sounds wonderful to me. Let me know if you want more info on the combos and the measurements of course. She also gave me info on a vanilla pudding made with Chia seeds. I was using them a bit a year or so ago, then forgot about them even though I have a ton of them left, will start using them again. I'll start grilling next week again too, some ribs sound nice, they are expensive, but I will have some as a treat, also throw on some burgers and chicken tenders to eat with or add to my salads. Food is just so darned TASTY! Well, we all have our own likes and dislikes but you know what I mean. ;-) P.S. The new fan/light is working beautifully! With the remote too. YAY!! You go Charlie!
