Art and photography are the most important tools for self expression. When one is happy, one can be inspired to paint something fun expressive and enlightening. When one is angry or sad, one only needs to put a brush saturated in color, or two or three brushes to canvass and with sad strokes or angry strokes reflect one's mood on that canvass. One does not have to be an accomplished artist to have the brush strokes express and document what one is feeling. At a time when one needs to unleash one's emotions the soul is your artist. All one needs to do is just let the expressions of your soul move you. Just let yourself go and free yourself to create whatever you wish to create that you feel best expresses what you feel at that moment. The lines may be straight, curved, squiggly or you may just need to splash the paint on the canvas or use your hands, your feet or whatever it is that at that moment, you may be inspired to do. Let your body move as your brush strokes or fingers dance on the canvass freely as they express all that you wish to unleash. Soon you will have a permanent artful record of one day in time when you felt what you were feeling. You won't need to recall the details of your emotions from that day, because the canvass will tell your story. It will say what your soul was feeling that one day when your brush left its testimony on the fibers of your canvass board.
