I'll start with my ascend up the mountain. Here you could see nature at it's best. I did not bring a tripod for landscape shots but I did get some very nice macros of flowers and bugs on the way up! I really liked this flower because of it's textured feel. Instead of having large petals as you you would expect, it had petals that felt like short, human hair. I also liked how it shows that not even nature is perfect, hence the loose "petals" on the downwards left side...

I went here a day after it rained hoping I could get some nice shots of exotic mushrooms: Unfortunately there where not many colored, "nice" mushrooms but I quite like the perspective in this picture...

Another flower shot that I almost missed. I liked how it was further away from the background and it gave me some nice bohek.

Here you have one of the bug shots I promised. Nothing spectacular but I like it...
Flowers in the Meadow
Once I got up on the mountain I went inside the seismic observatory. I was fascinated by how accurate these machines are.
