• There is a knowable power or being beyond human understanding or intelligence. Something was before science came into existence.
• All true science is governed by laws which are derived from order. This order directs the motions of our planetary system and the patterns on Earth (e.g. the weather, the seasonal cycles, global warming and cooling).
• All belief systems (even atheism) are derived from order which governs the human conscience.
• Moral laws are derived from this order and thus laws which govern societies/nations are created.
• Darwinism (the argument for scientific evolution) is a belief system, not true science.Darwin's theories were not facts based on science, but simply a theoretical framework on the beginning and development of our universe.(Since no human being existed to witness the beginning, human beings can only offer an educated guess based solely on theory).
• The counterposing theory is creationism which is theistic with a biblical framework. Another alternate theory is intelligent design which states its premise on the belief that the intricacies of nature are vastly more complex than any hypotheses a Darwinian scientist can propose.
• The myths or stories of indigenous tribes around the world support universal themes based on events in the Bible having historical significance.
• The first books of the Bible (a theistic text) are used in colleges and universities around the world as a basis for history prior to the timeframe of the historical person, Jesus.

My question is an early challenge to everyone...both fellow Americans and all others around the world, but especially Americans. Early signs/indications are that president-elect Obama will rule considering he intends to overturn executive orders already in place on day one of his presidency. I think he will also consider and appoint judges, especially Supreme Court judges, who will make law instead of interpret and apply law that is based on the Constitution. He has already made statements that judge the Constitution to be outmoded or indifferent to the concerns of every American ( that the Constitution only applies to most but not all Americans). How do you see this issue?How should we view this issue? Will he lead by precedents and sound judgement or will he "go rogue" by basing his judgements and actions on his alarming views? Will be become the new USSA (United Socialist States of America)?
