Slow sweeps
the dragging raven mass
away to bother
sleepy spires,
gathers onyx plumage
over huddled copse
and barley miles
tie dyed skies twist
far behind,
now, dancing last
the passing gyres,
from dripping towers
thrushes carrol
inherent understanding.
Simmer down
a shimmered view,
a beaded curtain,
final fall,
In the pay of light,
we turn
to find the grace
of nature's signing.
Swept upon
the blackened ranks
in subtle arcs
of earthbound splendour
a riven blaze
of colour beckons.
Inverted spectrum
smile of closure.
