Today is Bettie Page's birthday!!!! my idol!
I'm a great fan so i made this little illustration for the occasion. She inspires me so much! you can't imagine! i love her freshness and spontaneity and, well, beauty! she's simply the pin up queen of the universe!
I drew her here with the pin up king (photographer), Irving Klaw. For Bettie fans: I KNOW the beach pics were taken by Bunny Yeager but i wanted to make a trick with the word klaw..claw...ya know...well, not so clever, haha

Aujourd'hui c'est l'anniversaire de Bettie Page!!! mon idole!
Je suis une très grande fan alors j'ai profité de cette belle occasion pour faire une petite illustration, elle m'inspire tellement! vous pouvez pas imaginer! Ce que j'aime chez elle, c'est sa fraîcheur, sa spontanéité et...sa beauté bien sûr! Elle est tout simplement la Pin Up Queen of the universe!!
Je l'ai représentée ici avec le pin up king (le photographe) Irving Klaw. Pour les fans de Bettie: je SAIS pertinemment que les photos sur la plage sont faites en général par Bunny Yeager mais là j'avais envie de faire un jeu-de-mots laid sur Irving Klaw...claw en anglais signifiant pince (de crabe) et donc euh...bon...voilà! haha...
