In memory of two work friends who recently lost their lives in the same week to illnesses.

 

Take a moment
To cherish life
And all it's little nuances

Take a moment
To live your dream

Take a moment
To love and nourish compassion

Take a moment
To befriend those in need

Take a moment
To share your life's adornment

Take a moment
To grieve and to honor

Take a moment

As tomorrow arrives too soon
To worry about today.

It does drive home the reality and has made us all deeply think about things here at work. One of them was our cleaning lady. Someone said she was just a cleaning lady. She wasn't "just" a cleaning lady. She was a mother, grandmother, and friend. A dear little lady who always made us smile.
