tiramisù (on tr1steno request) :)

Friday November 9, 2007 at 05:35PM

Ricetta del Tiramisù

5 uova

Sopra all'impasto aggiungere cacao amaro e riporre in frigo almeno per 2 o 3 ore.

Buopn appetito! :)

5 eggs

5 tablespoons sugar

500 grams of mascarpone

Lukewarm coffee

Pavesini or Savoy (actually, it is also delicious with plasmon Chocolate: P)

Divide the egg yolks and wip up the egg whites until reverse the container remains stuck. Place the container in the refrigerator.

With electric whips combine egg yolks, sugar and mascarpone until they become a homogeneous mixture, then add the egg whites, mix by hand in the same sense with a ladle STRICTLY IN WOOD, rapid but precise movement. Until everything becomes smooth and frothy.

Then make coffee, soak cookies (one at a time), quickly and place at the bottom of the bowl as a base. Pour the mixture over, and if the bowl is high, make another layer of biscuit dough and yet, else goes well a just one.

Above on top add bitter cocoa brown and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 or 3 hours.

Enjoy your meal!! :)

My mouth is watering right now! I am thinking of the delicious tiramisu my daughter makes for me, when I'm in Italy. And she always makes an extra one for the kids: No coffee, and colored sprinkles on top instead of the cocoa. Yummie!
