euuuh, I visit every day your pictures so don't worry ... others do also, but not everybody is interested in trains..or leaving a comment is sometimes not easy about a train if you don't have the knowledge, and BTW 1227 visits in 4 months , makes an average of 10 visits /day thats not bad at all

Perhaps writing in English can give you more answers. I tried to translate it using Bablefish, but the translation was totally unclear. Combining it with Dany's comment, I can agree with it: you make good shots, but not everybody is interested in trains, as in flowers, kittens and so on. Thanks, anyway, for sharing with us your passion for trains and for photography. As I stated more and more times, Ipernity is a little community and lots of us prefer to view more shot and leave few comments. After the group introduction, I've seen few visits to the photostreams: we have now different ways to live our Ipernity experience. Sorry if you thought noone was interested to your shots...

Daily I write many many comments, many users say thank you but nobody will view my images! You also not! :-(

You're absolutely right! I have hundreds of contacts and the images I see are totally random; you know how latest docs works: it is one on the few pitfalls of Ipernity; I usually look at my last visitors and take a look at their stream pages and only when something capture my attention I go to the photo pages. You are a good photographer, but you have your style and preferences. I look to shots for pleasure and to learn something new and my personal taste go to stream with very varied subjects. There are great great streams on Ipernity about HDR, selfportraits, sadomaso, rust: even if they are full of great shots, I rarely return to view them because these themes aren't so interesting for me. I hope you don't think that we don't mind about your work or that it implies you're not able. If visits are so important for you, perhaps you must choose less niche themes: if you have only shots about gardens or kittens, you'll have more visits, but it is only because these are more mainstream subjects. This is only my opinion, but I feel sad when someone express the feelings you expressed: keep following your taste, even if it isn't mainstream, because it is only with passion that we can make great shots.

Rosi, solche Gruppen gibt es bereits und rate mal wer dafür gesorgt hat das es die gibt? Und ich habe auch schon Leute überzeugen können da ihre Bilder mit einzustellen!

Ich finde so wenig ist bei dir gar nicht los, viel mehr passiert bei mir auch nicht,
Liegt meiner Meinung nach aber auch an der Anzahl der Leute die hier unterwegs sind.
Solange dir das Fotografieren Spass macht solltest du es auch machen. Natürlich ist es schöner, wenn man dafür auch Anerkennung bekommt.

technisch scheinen deine fotos (im überblick betrachtet) absolut in ordnung zu sein ... nur interessiere ich mich halt nicht für die motive. du musst halt geduld aufbringen, um die leute zu finden, die deine interessen teilen. :-)

Das ich Deine Fotos von den Loks und Zügen als Serie oder/und auf Deiner privaten HP total super finde habe ich Dir sicher schon gesagt!
Wie Mona Lisa ober schon andeutet, ist das halt ein sehr spezifisches Thema.
Um da jedes einzelne Bild zu kommentieren oder zumindest den Großteil davon,
braucht es schon Liebhaberambitionen oder Sachverständnis.
Da brauchts wirklich gleichgesinnte Kontakte.
So eine themenbezogene Gruppe ist doch schon ein guter Anfang dafür!
Wie ich sehe sind doch einige da, die Dich mögen und das ist wohl das wichtigste;)

was soll man denn auf einen Kommentar super , oder klasse antworten? Aufwand lohnen? das muss jeder selbst entscheiden.
Was ich sehr ungerne tue ist das Löschen eigener Bilder aus dem Stream. Ich sehe die ganzen Fotoportale als nicht so kurzlebig an: und wunder mich immer wieder darüber wieviele Leute Bilder , die in ordentlichen Alben drin sind, nach einer Zeit angesehen haben.
