Question ............ what do you call a person who speaks three or more languages?

 Answer ............ multilingual.

 

 

 Question ............ what do you call a person who speaks two languages?

 Answer ............ bilingual.

 

 

 Question ............ what do you call a person who speaks only one language?

 Answer ............ English.

 

 And how true this is!

 

I really appreciate all the efforts people make to speak to me in English, thanks a lot!

 

I'm off to the south of France to work for about 2 weeks, it will be a good opportunity for me to practice my ........... ummm ... English!

hahahaha :D my neighbour told me that he was extremely upset in france when everyone tried to polish everyone's english ;) and poor boy couldn't speak french at all ;))
in glasgow all shop owners try to speak polish to me ;)) this is extremely annoying ;P

Its also easier than Basque and Klingon, but I won't learn Polish until I finish learning ALL of the English words.

yes i do .. some better than the others ;)
i love to learn different languages and to
be able to comunicate using them ...

but , hey ... it's never too late to learn , so

That's the sad truth; I studied French at school, learned English by myself (translating University books word by word...) and when I finally graduated and went to work I had to answer to English speaking callers, even if I was the only one who studied French and not English...
