London - Please tell me more!

Monday April 28, 2008 at 04:57PM

In three weeks I will going to London.
Like the last 3 years it's an excursion from my university for some days. (Yeah, that was the reason why I decided to study Physics cause the other Natural Science academics don't make such a trip.)

So please tell me what I shouldn't forget!
(Ok, it's my 3rd trip to London but I am always curious what's possible!)

And it doesn't matter if it's for photography, other art, interesting places, fun, clothes, dancing,...

So please tell me more!

London... My favorite city in Europe... I don't know what to say, I just love to sit in the Starbucks chairs near Soho, have lunch in Harrod's catering corner, watch Big Ben from London Eye, have a walk in Hide Park playing with squirrels...
Only very touristic places :)

Regarding the Oyster card, it's really helpfull, but not as much as a good pair of shoes :)

If I remember which shoes I got if I made a trip to somewhere so I have to laugh. My funniest one where red. I have to look if I find a picture. Otherwise I have to make a new one.

Oh Oyster Card is a very good idea. I was looking for it some minutes ago. Too bad there are no 30 days left so I cannot order it via Internet.

If the weather is good then walk the Thames path. Runs along the south bank. If the weather is no good, the Natural History Museum is a must.

Oh yes. This museum is part of the things we do together. Also to go to Greenwhich.
It's very interesting to see this Natual Science Museums.

Sounds nice with the Themes path. I can imagine a bit if I remember my last time there in London.

In your case I would spend some time at a London cemetery, e.g. Highgate.
And don´t forget your camera....

What if one of them seems odd?

Don't look odd!

*neugierigmodus*

CIao Gina! here I am ..I have some minutes :)) finally....
I would reccomend the natural history museum, especially to take few shots...It's a very beautiful biulding....A lovel y place is also the South Bank (itmeans by the London Eye) and milleniun bridge...there are lovely exposition and the atmosphere is great...But the best advise is: just go there, everything will be great...Promised....It's like if London does not have a particul highlight..it's all great, really...The East area is very nice as well, more down to earth , multicultural and artistic!! Hope this will help you!! ciao, Mirko
