I am a bit curious...

For a long time I told I like the music from the 80's. From time to time I was looking for a good radio stadion. I think I found one which is good for me. They playing some songs I never can listen to at other 80's radios. Most of this songs didn't found the way to a German 80's-re-release-combilation. But now I know which musican made some song I really loved (and still love) but never knew who sing it.

So I thought it would be interesting to know which 80's song(s) you really love if you like music from this time!

Ja unglaublich, dass Fachliteratur so begeistern kann.

Ich war heute mal wieder in der Uni-Bibliothek um ein paar Sachen für meine Examensarbeit zu verlängern/auszuleihen und da habe ich den dicken Schinken entdeckt, in dem ich seit über zwei Stunden (quer)lese. Kaum zu glauben, dass sich vieles so liest, als wäre es heutzutage geschrieben worden. Das Buch hat 25 Jahre auf dem Buckel und ich habe mal geschaut - ca. 25 Euro bei den Antiquariaten im Angebot. So schlecht kann es dann doch nicht gewesen sein, hehe...

Tja made in GDR... genau wie ich...

A friend told me about WALL•E. I am really curius about the movie. Too bad it will start not until October here in Germany.

Last year I won this contest here with Circle Of Life and got a free Pro Membership.
Now it's nearly one year later end the Pro Membership will ends in October. Unluckywise I haven't money for such a luxury in the next time ( I am a poor student).

How is it to be a normal member here? I forgot this... hehe...

But anyhow: I'll stay here! And if I want to see a picture in bigger size I'll ask you!

Maybe it's a little misunderstanding. I never intend with this blog to get a Pro paid. I just wanted to know again how it is without. And something like that.

I decided to leave some groups cause I recognized I posted no photos there for month. It's nothing personally but collecting groups and haven't something for posting in it it's really stupid. Otherwise I haven't the time and lust to have every day a look in every group.

So cleaning up can be very helpful sometimes and can give more refreshing.
And creativity can come back. ;o) (So not just here... also in real life!)

I left my pics inside the groups. And if you want I should put one of my pics inside a group so I would do it but I am not sure if I would stay inside the group. You know what I mean? I hope it.

Morgen im Zoo Duisburg

Am Samstag, dem 23.08.08 bietet der Zoo mit Unterstützung der Stadtwerke Duisburg wieder eine spektakuläre Kulisse für diese Abendveranstaltung. Für Tagesbesucher schließt der Zoo um 18.00 Uhr, von 19.00 bis 1.00 Uhr können dann Besucher Tiere in mystischer Beleuchtung, lateinamerikanische Musik und Tanz erleben. Karten für diesen Abend im Zoo gibt es ab dem 01.08. im Vorverkauf zum Preis von 14,-- Erw. und 7,-- Kinder, An der Abendkasse für 16,-- und 8,-- €.
Gemäß des Mottos "la noche Latina" warten nicht nur beleuchtete Tiergehege, Sondervorführungen bei den Robben oder der nur mit Kerzenlicht illuminierte Chinesische Garten auf die nächtlichen Zoobesucher. Auch lateinamerikanische Musik auf der Bühne am Haupteingang und viele Künstler im Park sorgen für Kurzweil, Tangotänzer, Bandoneonspieler, Action Malerei zum Mitmachen und Künstler Johannes Terbach mit einer feurigen Performance sorgen für Überraschungen. Mehrere Biergärten, Cocktailstände und Grillstationen sorgen für das leibliche Wohl.

It's normal if someone like a pic he/she makes a comment to it. That is fine!

If he/she likes more than 1 pic and do comment it's nice.

But it feels a bit strange if someone is doing it for nearly 30 pics.

Today I went to school to start a photography-project with kids. It was the first of the 3 days I will make the project.

It was really interesting and a bit confusing for all. I know most of the kids from my practical time one year ago. But this was also my last time with teaching during the year. So make a good plan was one thing. What is really happen the other thing.

But anyway: All kids had a lot of fun. After a short questionnaire about their actual knowledge we went outside for taking photos. Not much instructians I gave at this time. The kids were working in small groups (2-3 children). After that we discussed about the photo-taking-time.

And I hope at monday more of them will bring an own camera into school. Besides the kids who forgot the camera at home or haven't got it from the parents also a camera with full accu and empty cards, hehe. It made me a bit smile that they had the camera but couldn't work withit.

Insel Hombroich

For the non-German-speakers here are a little tour through the area.

We went to this beautiful place yesterday. So much green, so much wonderful flavours in the air, some nice animals (not many to see but more to hear), a lot cultural things to discover and a good meal (simple but very yummy!).

The entrance fee seems a bit high but if you see this natural beauty and enjoy the meal it would be ok for you!

In three weeks I will going to London.
Like the last 3 years it's an excursion from my university for some days. (Yeah, that was the reason why I decided to study Physics cause the other Natural Science academics don't make such a trip.)

So please tell me what I shouldn't forget!
(Ok, it's my 3rd trip to London but I am always curious what's possible!)
And it doesn't matter if it's for photography, other art, interesting places, fun, clothes, dancing,...

So please tell me more!

I made some new albums and changed the pix and the number of the pix in the others. Here are the problems I recognized:

- I see now 10 albums. At another computer 11 are shown.
- The number of the pix of an album isn't correct.
  For example: It's 1 shown before opening and after opening more.

If I try to see the number of albums in IE I also see 10 (logged in).
And if I logged out I see 11 (same with Firefox.)

I recognized while prepairing the albums that I was asked for saving although I saved before.

I have no idea what's wrong!
