I send a color film to developing on a studio, but when I saw the results I found that it so ugly, the black is not good at all, and I had light distribution problem

I used Leica M6 + Summicron 35mm + Kodak COLOR plus 200 ISO, I don't have any information about the developing
I am not expert at all in photography, so I really appreciate any help

the room was so dark too, and the problem presents in other shots. I will post the some soon.
the scan was done by the studio. it was a Kodak scanner, which they use for all of there works. it is connected with the developing-printing machine.
do u think that the scanner may be a problem ?

and most of pictures have too much red !!!
because of that I thought that it is developing problem !
