well, it took a while, but now I've finished the works on my website www.mfr-photodesign.de. After having used the old PHP-based site for nearly two years without any changes in the recent months, I now switched to a completely new designed site generated with RapidWeaver on my Mac. The switch to the new system allows me to edit the site more quickly, which means it gets updated more often, als updates can be done within minutes...
Hallo zusammen,

Now, having settled here at ipernity for a while, it feels more and more like the new home after having left flickr. But there are still a view things I am missing...
Hi everybody,
it looks like the API used by ipernity.com is compatible to that one used by flickr. So - at least theoretically - all software written for the flickr API should work with ipernity as well...
I bought the FlickrExporter for Apple Aperture, which I used quiet often, it's a great tool - but unfortunately it's made for flickr.
According to the developer, it can be switched to be used with any other flickr-compatible site, such as ipernity.com. But changing the address of the API isn't enough.
Does anybody have any experiance with this?
Best,
Michael
as so many in the last days I just came over from flickr. Well, to be honest, this already looks very much like a flickr clone, but they forgot so clone one of the most important parts of flickr - the groups...
or is it just that I didn't find them?
